I initiated contact with the Parent:Wise publication staff recently to ask about advertising. I found that the staff communicated promptly and professionally with regard to my questions and request for information about their advertising history. Before advertising, I asked the staff at ParentWise to design our ad. The ad that they developed was better than I could have hoped for and included all of the important information that I needed to address. While our ad has not yet run in their publication, I feel sure that it will stand out and get readers' attention! In addition, I contacted the ParentWise staff about a question that had been posed to me by a community member looking for a particular service. We have been advertising with Parent Wise Magazine for over a year now and we are very pleased with the results. Initially, we saw an immediate increase in "word of mouth" referrals. I know there are many parenting groups who started telling members bout us and I know our ad started the buzz. 72% of new customers come to us through "word of mouth". That means that if we "pay" to get a customer, we know that that person will send us two more. Since it's induction, working with the team @ Parent Wise has been a complete pleasure. I have enjoyed watching the magazine "grow into" its book covers. Editor Kim is truly a "mother" in the many ways she supports caring for each of her advertisers and promoting their events. Often she has sent me a personal reminder checking in with me, if she thinks I have forgotten a deadline. I would recommend the magazine to parents for the quality of articles and the integrity of the company.
